In this issue of CPTV, I caught up with Chris Black, technical advisor to IT service management (ITSM) company Xurrent. After running MSPs for 20 years, Black said “I’ve seen every challenge MSPs have had,” and joined Xurrent because it “solved a lot of problems I’ve seen every almost MSP have. … It’s fundamentally changing the way MSPs are operating.” He also pointed out how Xurrent’s AI use isn’t just designed to tick a box.
