CPTV: Dropbox Features ‘Robust Partner Program’

Jessica Milbrandt, strategic distribution sales manager for Dropbox, says the file sharing platform has evolved from a consumer product to a valuable business tool due to its ease of use, collaboration features, and advanced security measures.

“We are a lot more than storage,” she said in this Channel Partners TV (CPTV) interview. “We are a productivity powerhouse, and not everybody knows that. Not only does Dropbox offer secure file sharing, but we have deep integrations with popular tools that employees are using today like Microsoft and Google. We also have an eSignature platform, and an AI powered universal search.”

Milbrandt also discussed Dropbox’s partner program that includes comprehensive training and resources to help partners understand its products and services.

“We expanded our partner better benefits last year to include deal reg for all of our partner tiers, and this really significantly boosted our partner engagement and growth over the last year,” she said. “We see partners registering more deals, which is driving faster sales cycles, which also increases revenue.” we've had.

Milbrandt said Dropbox is ideal for remote work, and its new Dash AI feature simplifies search and management capabilities.

“Modern work is really becoming more distributed and virtual than ever,” Milbrandt said. “Modern work also means information is scattered and siloed across a sea of browser tabs. Think about how many browser tabs you have open at any point in the day. Think about how many cloud apps you're using, how many AI tools you're using. So we've introduced Dropbox Dash to our customers. It really makes it easy to search, organize and share content from across any platform, any connected apps, all in one place. So it's really building off that foundation of Dropbox where we're agnostic and want to simplify work and make it easy for our users.”
