Channel Partners 2026 FAQs: Your Questions Answered

Channel Partners Conference & Expo will take place April 13-16, 2026 at the Venetian Resort & Expo in Las Vegas.

No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of Channel Partners Conference & Expo. Infants or strollers are NOT permitted.

If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact Nelia Nunes at least four weeks prior to the event date.

You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our registration team at cpregistration@informa.com.

Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your QR code email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the registration counters to pick up your badge. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations at any time. Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy. All registered attendees are subject to verification by show management. Passes may only be used by the individual whose information is on the registration form. No pass transfers will be approved without specific authorization from the event organizers. Passes may not be purchased with incorrect information with intention to alter that information later. At show management's sole discretion, any registrations that are determined to not be valid are subject to cancellation. Informa Connect reserves the right to revoke any registration at any time.

Access to meeting rooms at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo and MSP Summit requires registration. To ensure a secure and seamless experience for all participants, access to all event spaces, including meeting rooms, will be strictly monitored.

Please note the following:

• Badges are mandatory: Only individuals with a valid Channel Partners badge will be allowed entry to meeting rooms or any part of the event. This applies to all attendees, sponsor/exhibitor staff, and meeting participants.
• Registration is required: All meeting participants must be registered in advance to avoid delays or additional costs.
• Registration location has moved: Registration has been relocated this year, and all participants will pass through registration before entering the event space.

Breakfast and Lunch will be served to certain pass-types during the keynotes. Meals are not included with the purchase of a Expo + Keynote Pass. If you would like to take advantage of the buffets during the keynotes, please purchase a the correct pass type. Any dietary restrictions must be submitted by March 26, 2026. Channel Partners Conference & Expo is taking place in the Venetian Resort & Expo.

The daily fee for registered hotel guests will be $18/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, rates start at $15 for up to four hours, Monday – Thursday. Four to 24 hours will be $18, Monday – Thursday. The fee for non-hotel guests is $23/day Friday – Sunday. Valet parking remains $35/day. Grazie® Rewards Premier members and above will receive complimentary self-parking. Grazie Rewards Elite members and above will continue to receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents will receive three hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License at a self-parking kiosk.
