Dear Channel Partners Community,
As part of the world's largest events company, the Channel Partners Conference & Expo/MSP Summit has a long tradition of leading our audience to new opportunities and partnerships. As we navigate the impact of AI on all channel partners while ushering in a new generation of providers, we knew it was time to accelerate innovation in bringing sellers, partners and providers together.
These changes coincide with our 30th Anniversary event in March 2027, a milestone that makes us acutely aware of our obligation to lead the entire channel community forward. We want to share some important news about the future of this event which has grown dramatically in the past few years. In 2027, we are investing in the future of the Channel Partners Conference & Expo/MSP Summit while applying best practices from Informa's global technology portfolio.
After months of hard work and collaboration with the most influential people in the industry, we are introducing a new foundation for the event. First, our Main Stage Keynotes will be united under one message—business growth for all partners. Next, we are streamlining the event experience to make it easier than ever to navigate. Our Expo Hall in 2027 will now reside on one floor in one location accommodating sponsors focused on managed services and communications with expanded, dedicated hours Monday-Wednesday. Another important evolution will be the show's flow, which will now start in earnest on Monday March 15 and end on Wednesday March 17 with a massive channel celebration that just happens to coincide with St. Patrick's Day.
Here are more details on what these changes mean to our sponsors and delegates:
Enhanced Keynote Programming: Our main stage keynotes, running Monday through Wednesday, March 15-17, 2027, will feature industry leaders addressing the challenges facing the entire channel partner ecosystem—business growth and the impact of AI on our future. Whether you're in managed services, IT or communications, our keynotes will resonate with relevant, actionable insights that speak to every channel leader. The goal is to have panels and interviews that elevate the conversation, bridge communities, foster collaboration, and share learnings across the channel. Those platform-neutral messages will now reverberate across the entire technology industry.
Event Daily Flow: Channel Partners Conference & Expo/MSP Summit 2027 will now start on Monday for all attendees with workshops, keynotes, expo hall hours, meeting rooms and networking running through Wednesday where we will host a closing party like none other in the channel. Thursday will now be reserved as a teardown and travel day. This is an important change from our past event dates when we ended early Thursday afternoon. Our sponsors and attendees wanted the experience to start earlier and consolidated more intensely across three days.
Streamlined Event Experience: The event has grown from just a few thousand attendees – predominantly communications partners – to a massive vendor- and platform-neutral event that brings together the entire channel under one roof. With expectations of 8,000+ channel professionals expected in 2027, we are redesigning the event flow to make it easier for everyone to find their way across meeting rooms, vendor and editorial education breakout sessions and the expo hall. After launching the MSP Summit five years ago, it is right to have all our exhibitors in one centralized area. While we will have dedicated MSP Summit Expo Hall hours on Monday, we want the entire channel to have better access to this sector given the explosion in managed services across the entire channel.
Understanding the Expo Hall--Monday – Wednesday (March 15-17): The new and expanded Expo Hall level will remain at the heart of the event featuring the Channel Partners Conference & Expo/MSP Summit on one level that is more easily accessible to all partners. New for 2027 will be a dedicated hall just for MSP Summit adjacent to our dedicated Channel Partners Conference & Expo Hall. We are opening the Expo hours earlier in the day than at past events. All Education Tracks, for the first time ever, will be embedded in the Expo Hall in elevated learning areas with access based on pass type. Our MSP Summit Expo participants will find expanded hours allotted for booth engagements vs. past years. This means, in one central location sponsors and attendees will find:
MSP Summit and Channel Partners Expo Halls including special Pavilions
· Educational Breakout session rooms
· Hosted Partner area
· Meeting Room Central
· Networking lounges
· Flexible, comfortable spaces for email checks, impromptu meetings, recharge
· AI-Powered Networking & Tools to amplify sponsor messages and the attendee experience
This extended schedule ensures seamless transitions between keynote sessions, breakout programming, expo floor exploration, and networking.
Celebrate Channel TAO Party (Wednesday, March 17): The Channel Partners Conference & Expo will end with a massive closing party on Wednesday evening under the theme of Celebrate Channel, which marks our 30th Anniversary. Attendees and sponsors will have an opportunity to end the week on a high note where everyone will be in one place. This should streamline the experience for all attendees bringing the entire community together.
The Bottom Line
These changes reflect our investment and commitment to our sponsors while evolving the event to accommodate its growth. We're transforming the event experience, so it's more accessible, more relevant, and more valuable—one that recognizes the complexity of today's channel landscape and equips channel leaders with everything they need to thrive in it.
We can't wait to celebrate 30 years of serving our channel community with you in March 2027.
Here's to the next chapter—together.
Our next step will be reaching out to you to discuss these changes in more detail.
