In this Channel Partners TV interview, I spoke with Stacey Terrazas, VP of sales, Americas, for AI-based call-recording vendor Dubber. We spoke about how Dubber’s integrated platform uses business intelligence to unlock the value of recorded conversations.
“Historically, these conversations have been an untapped resource,” she said. “They disappear the moment that they happen, and they're unstructured. A lot of times they're fast paced, and companies really haven't had the tools to capture and store and learn from the conversations at scale outside of the contact center space.”
Terrazas explained how Dubber is not just a feature inside of an application. It is delivered as a feature on a company’s network. Dubber’s integrated platform works across all communications applications, providing insights and built-in security for voice, video and messaging. It turns voice, video and text conversations into structured, searchable and AI-ready data.
“Instead of relying on memory or scattered notes, teams can actually work from a shared understanding of what's actually happening across the entire business,” Terrazas said. “Most organizations think of call recording as a simple feature, whether that's a native recorder inside collaboration app or traditional third-party solution. But what sets Dubber apart is that it's not a feature at all. It's a secure, compliant, scalable conversation intelligence platform that's designed to capture and unlock value from every conversation across the business.”
