In a strategic move to address the channel's most pressing challenge, MSP Summit is launching an industry-first series of live and digital events designed to help managed service providers and channel partners navigate and monetize the AI era.
These two new events build upon Informa's Channel organization's leadership position in helping partners build advanced AI practices and monetize AI. Building on the Sept. 28-30 MSP Summit's AI-rich agenda—filled with expert, vendor, and peer content—these events will deliver what channel partners need to capitalize on customer demand. They also provide strategic AI content from August through the end of the year.
The initiative responds directly to overwhelming feedback from April's Channel Partners Conference & Expo post-event surveys, where attendees clearly asked for more strategic AI content to navigate the flood of vendor solutions and customer confusion. MSP Summit is answering that call with three distinct offerings: enhanced AI content at our MSP Summit in September in Orlando, a new three-part AI for MSP Webinar series themed From Strategy to Execution — Building Your AI-Enabled MSP Practice MSP Summit; and an exclusive December live event called MSP Summit: AI Symposium.
Today, we're announcing a new live gathering: MSP Summit: AI Symposium, debuting Dec. 9 at Microsoft's New York corporate office. With a theme of Scaling AI Revenue: Advanced Strategies for Market Leaders, this marks the first advanced-level event exclusively focused on scaling AI revenue for market-leading channel partners. Launched in collaboration with International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), the event will help all partners—especially those with Microsoft practices—capitalize on today's AI opportunities. Unlike traditional conferences that introduce AI concepts, this intimate symposium will bring together MSPs, technology advisors, solution providers, and systems integrators who are already monetizing AI and ready to accelerate growth in 2025. A special segment of the audience will include top-performing AI partners from the 2026 MSP 501 and MSPs to Watch lists.
Our community told us loud and clear that they need deeper, more tactical AI content. While everyone is talking about AI, few events address the real challenge: how to actually scale AI revenue in an increasingly competitive market. We're filling that gap with both live experiences and digital programming.
"We're grateful to Channel Partners and MSP Summit for their partnership on December's AI event at Microsoft NYC's office," said Peter Fidler, president of WCA Technologies and IAMCP, President, Americas. "This is exactly the kind of collaboration partners need in the AI era—bringing the partner community together for education, open dialogue, and stronger alignment while reinforcing IAMCP's mission to help partners connect, learn, and grow."
The symposium represents a departure from conventional industry events. Hosted at Microsoft's Times Square headquarters, the workshop-style format emphasizes peer-led collaboration, tactical vendor partnerships, and proven frameworks for differentiation and margin optimization. Confirmed speakers include Fidler; Jason Jones, Director of Global Partner Solutions at Microsoft Strategic Alliances; and Anthony Ferrigno, MSP industry advisor, keynote speaker, and author.
Leading up to the December symposium, MSP Summit is launching AI for MSPs: A three-part on-demand web series that provides a complete roadmap for transforming AI from buzzword to business advantage. The series takes MSPs from strategy to execution, covering how to identify revenue opportunities, operationalize AI agent management through a Managed Intelligence framework, and build assessment-led practices that position MSPs as trusted AI advisors. Each 30-minute session delivers practical frameworks, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies designed to help partners compete and win in the AI era.
Featured speakers include Ferrigno, MSP 501 AI top performers; Bob DeMarzo, MSP Summit content leader; and David Raffo, MSP 501 editor. The webinar content is built around Ferrigno's recently published book, AI for MSPs: The No-Fluff Playbook. The content builds progressively—from packaging and pricing AI services to managing AI agents as a recurring revenue stream to conducting process intelligence and AI readiness assessments that open the door to implementation projects. Together, the webinars and live symposium form a complete playbook for MSPs ready to lead with AI, not follow.
"This three-part series gives MSPs what they need right now: a clear, actionable roadmap for building a profitable AI practice. No theory," said Ferrigno, founder and managing partner of AiT Advisory Group. "We walk through the frameworks, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies to package, sell, and deliver AI services at margin. Whether you're building your first AI readiness assessment or launching a full managed intelligence practice, you'll leave with a playbook you can execute."
Registration is now open for both the webinar series and the Dec. 9 symposium.
