Grapevine, TX – Telarus kicked off the first of the technology service distributors (TSDs) partner summits that will run from late summer into the fall. These TSD events represent a marathon for many in the technology advisory (TA) channel. For Telarus, the world’s largest TSD, this is its 14th annual summit. It is bringing together TAs, suppliers, and industry leaders for three days of deep dives into AI-driven sales strategies and emerging technologies. The event puts Telarus’ strategy, executive leadership, services and solutions on display for channel partners who are part of the company’s ecosystem of customers.

The event, which runs through Aug 13, positions AI-enabled advisory at the center of its agenda as the technology solutions distributor aims to equip partners with practical tools to navigate today's rapidly evolving market.
"Advisors who lead with AI as part of an outcome-based strategy will be the ones transforming client relationships," Telarus CEO Adam Edwards said in a statement prior to the event’s curtain raiser. "Attendees will leave with stronger relationships, fresh perspectives, and a clear roadmap for the type of selling strategies that are resonating most with today's technology buyers."
Expert-Led Programming
The summit features keynote presentations from industry heavyweights, including Omdia Chief Analyst Jay McBain, who will explore how AI is reshaping the partner ecosystem. Constellation Research Principal Analyst R "Ray" Wang will join Telarus Chief Marketing & Experience Officer Jen Dimas to preview findings from the upcoming 2026-27 Telarus Tech Trends Report.
Edwards will host a live Q&A with Telarus VP of Corporate Development Alex Cram and Evan DeCorte of Columbia Capital, while CCO Richard Murray will moderate "Real Chiefs of Modern Distribution," featuring channel executives from CommandLink, Five9, Zayo, and Zoom.
The event includes more than 40 curated education sessions anchored by a 100,000-square-foot exhibition floor showcasing more than 160 technology suppliers. As with any channel event, Telarus scheduled plenty of networking opportunities, fun and a charitable component supporting Team Rubicon, a veteran-led disaster response organization.
The summit reinforces Telarus' commitment to advisor enablement at a pivotal moment when AI capabilities are fundamentally changing how technology advisors engage clients and drive business outcomes.
