In this CPTV interview, Vonage VP of channel sales Jason Shawgo previewed the highlights of the communication provider’s upcoming Channel Partners Conference presence. Vonage will also show off offerings such as Vonage Fusion, its unified communications and contact center solution, and its AI solutions.
Vonage will also be represented at the AI Symposium keynote by Reggie Scales, its president and head of BU applications, and on a How to Cash In on AI’s Potential panel by Nicole Colehamer, senior solutions engineer lead.
“The product development and engineering team has been cranking out more product updates than we have in a long time in the history of the company,” Shawgo said. “We're out continuously engaging the partner community, recruiting new partners. We’re re-engaging with partners that haven't worked with us in a while and introducing them to our new strategies around the advancements we're making in AI, the advancements the business is making in terms of the network APIs, and the value that it brings to our solution stack.”
He said Vonage will have a significant presence at the April 13-16 Channel Partners Conference in Las Vegas.
“It serves as a critical platform for us to demonstrate our commitment to the channel engage face-to- face with existing and prospective partners and really understand from them what's important for them in the year ahead,” Shawgo said. “We want to understand how we can continue to help them serve customers better. And it really helps us drive conversations with partners about how we can collectively be at the forefront of the communication technologies that are shaping the channel.”
