Channel Partners Conference Blankets Artificial Intelligence From All Angles

Even in this day of artificial intelligence-dominated technology conferences, the 2025 Channel Partners Conference & Expo will stand out for its AI coverage. Few if any events take on AI from as many directions as the Channel Partners show March 24-27 at the Venetian Las Vegas.

While it’s safe to assume almost every session will reference AI, the conference agenda is jam-packed with sessions dedicated to AI. Channel Partners Conference & Expo will blanket AI from angles ranging from its crucial role in cybersecurity to unlocking channel revenue to real-world success use cases.

And this blanket coverage comes at a perfect time.

“The age of AI is in full steam,” Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said last week on Nvidia’s earnings call. “AI is transforming every industry, company and country. Enterprises are adopting agentic AI to revolutionize workflows. Industrial robotics investments are surging with breakthroughs in physical AI. And countries have awakened to the importance of developing their national AI and infrastructure.”

Channel partners agree.

“I know within our client base, our clients want as much information as they can on this topic,” said Align’s president of managed services Vinod Paul, who will present on AI and cybersecurity at Channel Partners Conference.

Here are sessions with AI as the main focus:

AI Market Leadership: A Playbook for Scaling Success

TechAisle analyst Anurag Agrawal will explore the profound ways in which AI is reshaping today’s channel landscape based on thousands of interviews with channel leaders. Agrawal will reveal how customer discussions are evolving as buyers realize ways AI makes technology relevant to non-technical staff, which immediately expands the number of buying groups channel partners can address. He’ll help attendees discover whether their business is scaling or static when it comes to AI.

 Cybersecurity Meets AI 3.0

The integration of AI into everyday business operations brings both significant opportunities and heightened risks. Public and open-source AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini are valuable but come with inherent security challenges. On the other hand, more controlled internal AI tools such as Microsoft’s Copilot bring their own vulnerabilities. This panel led by MSP Align’s Vinod Paul will explore how businesses can navigate evolving risks of AI, and how they can keep sensitive information secure while harnessing the potential of the latest AI tools. The panel will explore how organizations can remain competitive and innovative while minimizing their exposure to cyber threats.

Spy vs. AI: Defending Against AI’s Threats to Your Life, Loved Ones and Livelihood

Shawnee Delaney, a former Defense Intelligence Agency spy turned cybersecurity expert, will give a fascinating insider’s account of the global cybersecurity threat landscape in this featured keynote. Her talk will explore the evolving threats of AI, from deepfakes to voice cloning, and how they can impact individuals, families, and businesses

AI Productivity Leap: Accelerating Business Growth with Generative AI

Manish Bhardia, author of the book AI Productivity Leap, will deliver actionable strategies to achieve accelerated business growth through AI. This session will provide channel partners with a roadmap to harness generative AI for maximum efficiency and profitability, allowing them to serve customers better and scale their operations.

Unlocking AI’s Benefits for Managed Services

With AI rapidly becoming an essential tool for managed service providers, it's crucial to understand both the transformative potential and the associated challenges. CrushBank CTO David Tan will dive into the risks of relying on generic AI models compared to specialized solutions tailored for MSPs. Additionally, he'll discuss the untapped opportunity for MSPs to resell AI services to end users, positioning AI as a new revenue stream while providing clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Beyond the Hype: Real World AI Use Cases

Accelerate Partners CEO JP Panzica will show where AI is already making a difference in the real world.  This case study presentation showcases how forward-thinking channel partners are harnessing AI's power to address pressing business challenges, spark innovation, and uncover new revenue streams. He will delve into specific industry examples to show how AI is helping in the financial sector, manufacturing and health care.

Tech Advisor Deep Dive: Pick Strategic AI Partners to Supercharge Your Future

With experts predicting a $4T opportunity for AI, partners must transform their businesses to become true trusted technology advisors. When it comes to AI, technology advisors must prepare for intense sales training so they can emerge as thought leaders in the burgeoning AI market. In this session, attendees will hear from leading suppliers who have true AI-powered solutions that can change the course of customer conversations.

AI Symposium: Leading Partners Forward In AI Monetization

This AI Symposium will explore ways the technology is revolutionizing channel operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth. Leading vendors at the symposium will Introduce relevant AI tools and platforms that channel partners can leverage today. Attendees will hear how key AI technologies, products and services can be used now, and what will be available in the near future.  Speakers will identify possible roadblocks and show partners how to overcome them.

Regal.io brings AI Into the Contact Center

Contact center software vendor Regal will highlight the role of AI agents and automated personalization, and describes how it helps help by picking up real-time customer intent signals.

AI will also be a hot topic in editorial interviews with the likes of CEOs John Pagliuca of N-able and Manny Rivelo of ConnectWise, and panel sessions involving leading MSPs, trusted advisors and IT vendors. Check out the conference site often for agenda updates.
