Reputation Management and Leadership Workshops for Channel Partners

Attendees of technology conferences are of two minds these days. On the one hand they want an agenda crammed with fast-paced content from peers and senior leaders that keeps all on the edge of their seats. You will hear people say attention spans are shorter than ever—that of a goldfish, of all things -- so successful content must be delivered succinctly, engaging and fast. At the same time, many attendees provide feedback that they want deep dives on certain topics so they can drill into specific topics that help them elevate their brands or improve their leadership style. As the organizer of the world’s largest independent gathering of channel partners, we know our audience well and strive to deliver both engaging and deep content for high levels of satisfaction.

Tech events today must respond with both fast-paced meaningful keynotes and breakout sessions along with opportunities for attendees to participate in workshops. At this year’s Channel Partners Conference & Expo and MSP Summit scheduled for March 24-27 in Las Vegas, attendees will be treated to four in-depth workshops designed to develop leadership skills, optimize business models, sales management and reputation management. You can view Channel Partners/MSP Summit Agenda here.

In this article I’ll focus on two of those workshops. One is designed to help channel partners bolster their brands and will be presented in two parts. The other is about achieving peak performance. Both will be led by experts in their fields who want to see channel partners succeed in the coming year. Stay tuned for upcoming articles on our sales management and MSP business optimization workshops. You can find more information here: Channel Partners Conference Workshops

While many channel partners shy away from marketing or branding discussions, the topic of most importance to them concerns their reputation. For companies reliant on word-of-mouth referrals and their standing in the industry, reputations can make or break them. We have assembled three of the greats in the fields of communication, public relations, branding, advertising and reputation management -- Lynette Bohanan, President, CommCentric Solutions; Laura Johns, CEO, The Business Growers and Marie Rourke, Founder & Chief, WhiteFox Marketing. I have worked with all three in a wide range of roles over the years, and they are among the best in the business. Their advice will alter the course of your business.

Reputation Management: Strategies for Success: How to Establish Omnipresence and Gain IT Customer Confidence

Date Wednesday, March 26: 10:45 am - 11:15 am

All types of channel partners face the constant challenge of standing out in a crowded market. This session offers a comprehensive roadmap designed for senior leaders who want to become the best-known and most trusted partner in their field. Leaders will discover how to transform their business from just another technology advisor into the go-to expert in their area. The presentation outlines the B2B buyer's journey, revealing how to strategically position your company’s reputation at every stage of the decision-making process. With the average B2B purchase requiring 27 interactions, channel leaders will learn how to stay top-of-mind through multiple touchpoints - from digital ads and social media to personal outreach.

This session will help attendees build strategies to keep IT buyers engaged without overwhelming their team. It will include best practices for creating compelling content that resonates with tech decision-makers, including video marketing, client testimonials, and thought leadership pieces. Your brand and reputation are impacted by a variety of channels, including Google searches, LinkedIn, email, SMS, and in-person events, to create a cohesive and impactful presence. Today’s C-level channel executives must be comfortable with those practices to ensure they reach potential clients at every turn via multi-channel marketing. Participants will leave with a toolkit of strategies they can implement immediately to outpace their competition and establish their reputation as a leader in their markets.

Reputation Management: Strategies for Success: Creating a Top-Notch Value Proposition for Tech Advisors

This session is designed for senior leaders of technology advisory firms who want to create an exceptional value proposition for their organization.
